An All-New Curriculum (Gen 8)

Our REAL Kids’ in-house-developed curriculum (Gen 8) focuses on six areas of development and Multiple Intelligences or MI-based learning, namely:

  • Building trilingual skills – covering Language & Literacy and the MI elements of verbal-linguistic intelligence
  • Empowering thinkers and problem solvers – encompassing Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) learning areas that develop students’ logical-mathematical, visual-spatial, and naturalist-environmentalist intelligences
  • Nurturing creativity and imagination – comprising Expressive Arts & Music that nurture learners’ musical-rhythmic, visual-spatial, and bodily-kinesthetic intelligences
  • Supporting physical, social, and emotional development – covering areas of Physical Health & Well-being. Hence, developing individuals’ bodily-kinesthetic, interpersonal, and intrapersonal intelligences
  • Shaping leaders through civic mindedness and character building – this cultivates children’s intrapersonal and interpersonal intelligences through Character Building and Civic subjects
  • Promoting communication and life skills – consisting of Nature & Play that incorporates the MI elements of naturalist-environmentalist, verbal-linguistic, interpersonal and bodily-kinesthetic intelligences


Basing on the Theory of Multiple Intelligences; MI Approach is REAL Kids’ main teaching approach that incorporates other fundamental Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) best pedagogies such as:

  • Project-based Learning (PBL) (both experiential and play-based) – facilitating collaborative, hands-on activities that allows for active participation; as well as promoting curiosity, Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS), and problem-solving capabilities through active inquiries and explorations
  • Integrated Learning (mastery of basic skills) – making learning interconnected and relevant to the real world; while developing literacy, social, creative, and physical skills that are essential to lifelong learning
  • Blended Learning (multiple modalities) – comprising various instructional materials that cater to MI-based learning and provide multi-faceted learning experiences. This includes incorporating technology for reinforcement via e-learning, gamified learning, and others
  • Beyond Classroom Learning (outdoor & nature) – with learning not just taking place in classrooms, we also conduct play and active learning activities through sensory stimulation and exploration of the natural environment. This empowers learners to build up their sense of motivation and independence
  • Individualisation & Pluralisation (contextualisation) – this allows us to be responsive to students’ individual needs, strengths, and interests while being flexible and creative with instructional pedagogies that reach every learner.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. This promotion is valid from 14 October 2024 - 31 January 2025 only, and is subject to change at the sole discretion of the management, without prior notice.
  2. This promotion is applicable to new sign-ups / students who enrol and start schooling in January 2025 onwards.
  3. The REAL Kids’ academic calendar for 2025 joiners starts on 6 January 2025.
  4. The FREE Fun Camp offer (worth up to RM398) is valid for new joiners who enrol during the said promotion period only, and is applicable to the Fun Camp held in January 2025 only.
  5. The FREE REAL Kids Backpack and Water bottle offer is valid for on-the-spot registrations / new enrolments on Open Days (30 November 2024 and 14 December 2024 for all REAL Kids centres nationwide) only. Any registrations outside the Open Days dates shall not be eligible for the Backpack and Water bottle offer.
  6. On-the-spot free gifts (REAL Kids backpack & water bottle) will be given to parents within 30 days after the child physically starts school.
  7. This promotion is based on the prevailing / current fees structure and is subject to change without prior notice.
  8. All promotions are offered on a first-come-first-served basis, while stocks and availability last.
  9. All promotion entitlements are subject to all mandatory minimum or full payment of all required fees and charges being made by the parents to the centres. The management / centre principals and officers reserve the right to decline customer eligibility if terms and conditions of enrolment and payments are not met.
  10. All promotions are not exchangeable for cash or kind or any other form.
  11. This promotion cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
  12. This promotion is valid at all REAL Kids centres (excluding REAL Schools Cheras, Johor Bahru and Shah Alam Campuses).
  13. FREE trial classes offered are up to three (3) days per child only and can only be utilised on school days from Monday - Friday. The FREE trial classes must be utilised within one (1) month from the date of enquiry / request by the Parent. The centre shall not be obligated to replace or offer the trial classes on a date beyond the 1-month limit.
  14. Parent-Get-Parent referral programme: Each referrer will be entitled to one (1) set of RM100 AEON voucher(s) per successfully registered referred student only. REAL Kids reserves the right to alter, change or exchange the voucher with another product or service of similar value, as and when it deems fit, without prior notice.
  15. For any withdrawal or termination of enrolment within six (6) months of joining or starting of classes, parents shall be required to pay the full value of the fees that have been waived or discounted (e.g. Registration fee, School fee, Extended programme fee). All prevailing rules and regulations pertaining to withdrawals or terminations shall apply as per standard operating procedure, at the sole discretion of the management.
  16. The management shall not be held responsible for any damages to and / or losses suffered from the customers’ handling of any offers / products / merchandise after handing over the same to the customers. The management shall not be obligated to compensate or replace any of the said offers / products / merchandise.
  17. For avoidance of doubt, all promotions shall be subject to all prevailing rules and regulations, terms and conditions of enrolment.
  18. Management reserves the right to discontinue, alter, change or exchange the offer with another product or service of similar value, as and when it deems fit, without prior notice.
  19. Management reserves the right to alter or change the terms and conditions of the promotions as and when it deems fit, without prior notice.
  20. Management reserves the right to alter or change the pricing, discounts and / or offers without prior notice.
  21. Management's decision is final, and no correspondence shall be entertained.
  22. All details provided are treated with utmost confidentiality and shall not be shared with any other party. By filling up the form(s) and submitting their details, customers thereby agree that REAL Kids may collect, obtain, store and process their personal data that they provide in the form(s) for the purpose of receiving updates, news, promotional and marketing mails or materials from REAL Kids.
