• Offers are based on first come, first served.
• Offers cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
• Offers are applicable for Tots, Pre Nursery, Pre-1, Pre-2 and Pre-3 joiners only.
• Offers are applicable for NEW JOINERS only.
• Offers are strictly for October 2025 – January 2026 Intakes only (i.e. start schooling in the chosen month).
• Offers end 31 January 2026 or when spots are fully taken, whichever comes first.
• Lucky Draw winners will be announced on the 13 February 2026. Winners may redeem the prize with a travel voucher provided.
• This promotion is offered to all new student registrations only and cannot be combined with other offers or promotions.
• Promotional entitlements are subject to full payment of required fees. The management reserves the right to deny eligibility if enrolment or payment terms are not met.
• Withdrawals or terminations within six (6) months of enrolment require full payment of School fees, Registration fee, and non-returnable Sportswear. Standard withdrawal rules apply at the management’s sole discretion.
• Management reserves the right to alter or change the terms, conditions and promotion mechanics as and when it deems fit, without prior notice.
• Management's decision is final, and no correspondence shall be entertained.
• By submitting the form, customers agree that REAL Kids may collect, store, and process their personal data to provide updates, news, and promotions.

LUCKY DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Overview
1.1 The REAL Kids Year-End Special Campaign (“Campaign”) runs from 1 October 2025 until 31 January 2026 (“Campaign Period”).
1.2 The Campaign offers participants the chance to win a Disney Cruise holiday package worth up to RM10,000 in the form of travel vouchers, redeemable via REAL Kids’ appointed Travel Agency (“Prize”).
1.3 A total of two (2) winners will be selected to each receive one (1) Prize.

2. Eligibility
2.1 The Campaign is open to all residents of Malaysia aged 18 years and above.
2.2 All necessary fees must be paid in full and child/children must be physically attending classes within the campaign period upon announcement of winners.
2.3 Employees, officers, directors, agents, distributors, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies of REAL Kids, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Participate
3.1 All registrations for REAL Kids October 2025 to January 2026 intakes, as well as any registrations made during the Campaign Period (1 October 2025 – 31 January 2026), will automatically qualify for the lucky draw (“Eligible Entries”).
3.2 Each eligible registration counts as one (1) entry. Multiple entries are permitted if a parent/guardian registers more than one child.
3.3 No additional forms or submissions are required.

4. Winner Selection & Announcement
4.1 Two (2) winners will be randomly selected via a lucky draw.
4.2 The draw will be conducted on or before 13 February 2026.
4.3 Winners will be contacted by REAL Kids using the contact details provided at registration and may also be announced on the REAL Kids’ official communication channels (website, Facebook and Instagram).
4.4 REAL Kids will also draw a reasonable number of reserve winners. In the event that a selected winner is disqualified, unreachable, or fails to collect the Prize by the stipulated deadline, the Prize will be awarded to the next drawn reserve winner.

5. Prize Details & Redemption
5.1 Each Prize comprises a Disney Cruise holiday package only, awarded in the form of travel vouchers worth up to RM10,000, redeemable only through REAL Kids’ appointed travel agency. As cruise package prices may vary depending on seasonality, destination, room type, total pax and currency exchange rates, any costs exceeding RM10,000 shall be borne solely by the winner.
5.2 The Prize is strictly non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash, kind, credit, or any other form of compensation, and subject to terms imposed by the Travel Agency.
5.3 Winners must redeem the Prize by booking their cruise through the Travel Agency using the travel vouchers. The Travel Agency’s terms and conditions apply, and winners must comply with them.
5.4 REAL Kids reserves the right to conduct verification checks on the eligibility of winners prior to awarding the Prize. In the event of any fraud, misrepresentation, or discrepancy being discovered, REAL Kids reserves the right to withhold or revoke the Prize, and to award it instead to a reserve winner in accordance with Clause 4.4.
5.5 Winners must collect their travel vouchers in person during working hours at R.E.A.L Education Group Sdn Bhd, Suite 17-01 & 02, Level 17, Vertical Corporate Tower B, Avenue 10, The Vertical, Bangsar South City, No. 8 Jalan Kerinchi, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, by 13 March 2026. During collection, winners will be photographed for publicity purposes, and such photographs may be published on REAL Kids’ official communication and social media channels.
5.6 Winners will be required to sign a Prize Collection Document as proof of receipt.
5.7 Failure to collect by the stipulated deadline will result in forfeiture of the Prize, and the Prize will be awarded to a reserve winner as outlined in Clause 4.4.
5.8 REAL Kids is not responsible for the availability of cruise dates, destinations, or any changes imposed by the Travel Agency.

6. Rights, Liability & Modifications
6.1 REAL Kids reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid.
6.2 REAL Kids shall not be liable for:

• Any loss, delay, or error in registrations beyond its control.
• Any damage, loss, or injury resulting from participation in the Campaign or use of the Prize.

6.3 REAL Kids reserves the right to amend, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice and without liability.
6.4 REAL Kids’ decisions on all matters relating to the Campaign, including eligibility, selection of winners, and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, are final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.

7. Publicity & Data Usage
7.1 By participating, entrants consent to REAL Kids using their names, likenesses, photographs, and details of their registration for publicity, advertising, and promotional purposes, in any media, without compensation.
7.2 Personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Campaign, contacting winners, and in accordance with applicable privacy laws and REAL Kids’ privacy policy.
7.3 Winners are encouraged to share photos of their Disney Cruise experience on their personal social media accounts and tag REAL Kids. Such sharing is voluntary, and not a condition for receipt of the Prize.

8. Miscellaneous
8.1 These Terms & Conditions shall prevail in the event of any inconsistencies with other campaign materials.
8.2 If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.
8.3 This Campaign and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and all disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
8.4 No third party shall have any rights to enforce any term of these Terms & Conditions.
