It’s simple. Refer a new family to REAL Kids and ask them to name you when they enrol. Once their child completes three consecutive full months with school fees paid in full, you’ll receive your school fee credit.
And the more successful referrals you make, the more you can earn, with rewards of up to RM550 per referral.

How It Works
Who can participate?
Existing REAL Kids parents with at least one actively enrolled child when the referral is declared and when school fee credit is applied. Parents of children graduating at end-2026 have a separate exception; see the Graduating Parent Referral section below.
Who can you refer?
Friends or family enrolling at REAL Kids for the first time. Each eligible new child counts as one referral, including siblings, once that child meets the requirements.
How do they name you?
The new family enters your registered name, REAL Kids centre, nominated child’s name and Student Code in the admission form. Nominate one active child and use the same child for all campaign referrals. No separate registration is required.
When must they join?
The new family must submit its admission form and their child must start attending REAL Kids by 28 February 2027.
When is a referral successful?
The child completes three consecutive full months of enrolment, with tuition fees for all three months paid in full. A partial starting month does not count.
How much can you earn?
Your reward depends on your child’s programme and your number of successful referrals. REAL Kids fixes that programme category when your first campaign referral is verified and keeps it for the campaign. See the table below.
When is credit applied?
REAL Kids applies the credit to your next school fee invoice, within 60 days after the end of the referred child’s third qualifying month.
How can you use it?
The credit offsets school fee. Any unused balance carries forward to subsequent school fee invoices, based on your child who was nominated during the new family's enrolment / submission of its admission form.
Can you refer to another centre?
Yes. The new family may enrol at any participating REAL Kids centre.
How long is the campaign?
The Campaign Period starts from 15 October 2026 to 28 February 2027
What happens after the campaign ends?
Eligible campaign referrals can qualify after February. School fee credits cannot be exchanged for cash, except for eligible graduating parents with no child continuing at REAL Kids; see the Graduating Parent Referral section below.

All successful referrals by you and your spouse are added together, even when new children enrol in different programmes. Your nominated child’s fixed programme category determines all rewards. Earlier rewards remain unchanged.
Example: If your nominated child is Plus HD, your 4th and 5th successful referrals each earn RM300, whatever programmes the new children join. Your 6th earns RM400.
Accumulation Rules
What adds one to my total?
One new child who completes three full consecutive months at REAL Kids with school fees paid in full. Each eligible sibling counts separately.
Does a sign-up count immediately?
No. It counts once the three-month requirement is completed.
What if a family enrols two children?
Each enrolment will count as one successful referral. Qualification is based on each child, as long as they meet the requirements.
Do my spouse and I have separate totals?
No. You and your spouse share one total. Nominate one active REAL Kids child and use the same Student Code for all claims. REAL Kids fixes that child’s programme category when the first referral is verified; it stays the same throughout the campaign.
What do five successful referrals earn?
Based on your nominated child’s fixed programme: First HD RM950; First FD RM1,200; Plus HD RM1,200; Plus FD RM1,650. The new children’s programmes do not change these totals.
What do seven successful referrals earn?
Based on your nominated child’s fixed programme: First HD RM1,650; First FD RM2,000; Plus HD RM2,000; Plus FD RM2,750.
Does the higher tier increase earlier rewards?
No. The higher rate applies to the next referrals within that tier.
Which referral counts first?
REAL Kids counts referrals as they complete the requirements. If they qualify together, the earlier enrolment start date (admission date) comes first.
Does my total reset at end-February?
No reset in February. Eligible campaign referrals can qualify afterwards. The campaign count closes on 30 June 2027; earned credits and approved unpaid rewards remain available for settlement.
What if a child leaves before three months?
That referral does not qualify and does not add to your total.
What if credit exceeds my school fee invoice?
The remaining credit carries forward to your next school fee invoice.
Can I request for a breakdown of my referrals?
No. To protect other families’ privacy, REAL Kids will not provide individual referral breakdowns or disclose their enrolment or payment details. Referral verification is managed internally, and REAL Kids Management’s decision on eligibility and rewards is final.
Graduating-parent Exception
What if my last child graduates?
An eligible referral declared while your graduating child was enrolled remains valid. If no child continues at REAL Kids, receive the same reward by bank transfer after the new child meets the three-month requirement.
What if a sibling remains at REAL Kids?
Receive school fee credit in the continuing sibling’s account. Graduation does not reset your household’s campaign referral total.
How Mixed Programmes Work
Do different programmes have separate totals?
No. All successful referrals by you and your spouse are added together. Use your nominated child’s fixed programme category for every reward, even if new children join different programmes.
Example: My nominated child is Plus HD?
Your 4th and 5th successful referrals each earn RM300, regardless of the new children’s programmes. Your 6th earns RM400. Earlier rewards remain unchanged.
Graduating Parent Referral
Who qualifies?
Parents whose child is in REAL Kids’ end-2026 graduating cohort and is actively enrolled when the referral is declared.
Referral deadline
The new family must name the parent in its Online Admission Form before the referring child’s graduation-related enrolment ends.
Required details
Referring parent’s name, REAL Kids centre and graduating child’s Student Code. REAL Kids verifies and preserves the referral record after graduation.
New family’s deadline
The admission form must be submitted within the campaign and before the referring child’s graduation-related enrolment ends. The new child must start by 28 February 2027.
When is a reward earned?
Each new child must complete three consecutive full months with tuition paid in full. Partial starting months do not count. Each eligible sibling can qualify separately.
Reward tiers
Rewards depend on your nominated graduating child’s programme, fixed when your first campaign referral is verified. That category remains after graduation. See the reward table below.
Reward method
If a sibling remains enrolled at REAL Kids, apply tuition credit to that sibling’s account. If no child remains enrolled, pay by bank transfer to the verified referring parent.
Reward timing
Within 60 calendar days after the end of the referred child’s third qualifying month, subject to full payment verification.
Active-parent exception
Graduation does not cancel a referral declared and verified while the parent was active. This exception applies to graduation, rather than ordinary withdrawal.
Verification and payment
REAL Kids verifies graduating-cohort eligibility and whether a sibling continues. Finance collects and verifies bank details when a bank-transfer reward is payable. Each referral receives one reward method only.
Example
Referral declared in December 2026 while the graduating child remains enrolled. New child starts 1 January 2027 and completes January–March with school fees paid in full. Reward is due by 30 May 2027.
